Recruiting Coordinator

We are a family owned restoration company, and we do work that matters by building trust with our clients when they have water damage in their homes. And you get to help build and protect the culture of Entrusted by helping identify the best applicants for various roles, along with supporting management throughout the process!
Though administrative and coordinating experience is certainly a plus, it is not required! We are primarily looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, a strong commitment to integrity, and is able to be flexible and adapt daily to serve the team as needed.

What would I be doing?
- Review applications and schedule phone screens
- Complete phone screens
- Coordinate leadership interviews and interview follow up
- Work closely with various leaders and candidates, ensuring both are served well
- Provide administrative recruiting support for the Director of Human Resources, and other leaders in the organization
- Other duties may be assigned
What does winning look like?
- Candidates and management have an A+ interview experience as a result of efficient , excellent, and consistent execution of the interview process
- Applicable leaders are able to spend time on higher level Recruiting tasks as a result of effective administrative support
