What would I be doing?
As a Construction Laborer, otherwise known as a Mitigation Technician, you will provide water, fire, and mold cleanup services to people who have suffered property damage and value an excellent service experience. You will be responsible to...
- Assess, document, and communicate the necessary plan to get a house back to a clean, safe, and dry environment
- Wear personal protective equipment
- Remove clean or dirty water and materials from the home
- Carry and set up equipment
- Demolish damaged parts of the house
- Clean the house when finished
- Other duties may be assigned
When would I make an impact?
- Second shift means working from around 12pm until the work is done. This varies depending on the number of jobs, but would likely be around 7pm-10pm
- Strong work ethic and high standard of excellence
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness, regardless of who is watching
- Humility evident in a desire to be teachable and serve others, no matter the cost
- Able to provide excellent customer service to our clients
What would my schedule look like?
- Second shift means working from around 12pm until the work is done. This varies depending on the number of jobs, but would likely be around 7pm-10pm
- Hourly compensation, ranging from $16-$20 an hour, plus overtime opportunities
- Potential for growth and promotions based on performance and experience
