What would I be doing?

The Construction Sales Representative is responsible for the following:

  • Build rapport with a variety of different clients and identify how Entrusted can meet their needs
  • Convert leads into sales by meeting with clients in their damaged homes and providing an assessment of the damage
  • Provide solutions to clients as the consultant in the home, and ensure they are followed up with in a timely manner
  • Frequently in the field interacting with clients
  • Other duties may be assigned

  • A specific percentage of jobs responded to must be signed up, ensuring that leads are being turned into sales

How will I be compensated?

We provide an uncapped base plus bonus compensation structure that allows for on-target earning (OTE) to equal $125,000 with opportunity to exceed.
