We are a family owned restoration company, and we do work that matters by building trust with our clients when they have water damage in their homes. And you get to both manage our brand online, and impact our brand through assisting account managers with various administrative tasks!

We are primarily looking for someone who has some social media experience, along with a strong desire to serve and support others, all the while solving problems in a fast paced work environment!

What would I be doing?
  • Managing Entrusted’s online presence across social media platforms
  • Responding to reviews on Google, BBB, Yelp, and other industry sites
  • Creating branded marketing content using tools like Canva
  • Assisting account managers with creative and administrative tasks
  • Supporting execution of marketing campaigns (email, events, merch, etc.)
  • Helping coordinate vendor communication and print materials
  • Updating website content (testimonials, blogs, projects)
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed

What does winning look like?

  • Tasks are completed with urgency and excellence
  • Online reviews are responded to promptly and appropriately
  • Our social media content reflects our brand voice and engages the audience
  • Marketing materials and content are on-brand, accurate, and effective
  • Internal teams feel supported and our external image reflects our culture

What skills does it take to win?

  • Social media and Canva/design experience
  • Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Servant-hearted mindset and strong communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Business, email platforms, or website CMS is a plus
  • Willingness to multitask and take initiative
  • Alignment with Entrusted’s culture and values
