As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll serve as the backbone of our branch operations—supporting team members, coordinating schedules, and helping ensure an exceptional client experience across departments.

What would I be doing?

  • Support field team members and other staff with key administrative tasks
  • Manage schedules and coordinate meetings with clients and internal teams
  • Handle permit-related support as volume increases across projects
  • Communicate with professionalism and empathy via phone and email
  • Track and complete daily tasks with accuracy and consistency
  • Adapt to miscellaneous tasks from supervisors as needed

What about compensation and benefits?
