Though experience in scheduling or logistics coordination is certainly a plus, it is not required! We are primarily looking for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who is detail oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and aligns with Entrusted’s core values.

What would I be doing?

  • Streamlining schedules to optimize Damage Consultants’ time
  • Ensuring high satisfaction by delivering well-coordinated and timely appointments
  • Communicating schedule changes, cancellations, and new leads in real-time to maintain seamless team operations
  • Other duties may be assigned

What about compensation and benefits?
We provide a competitive hourly compensation rate of $18-$24 an hour with opportunities for overtime. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
