As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll serve as the backbone of our branch operations—supporting team members, coordinating schedules, and helping ensure an exceptional client experience across departments.

What would I be doing?

Support field team members and other staff with key administrative tasks
Manage schedules and coordinate meetings with clients and internal teams
Handle permit-related support as volume increases across projects
Communicate with professionalism and empathy via phone and email
Track and complete daily tasks with accuracy and consistency
Adapt to miscellaneous tasks from supervisors as needed

What about compensation and benefits?

Starting at $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, with potential for growth based on performance and experience.
