What would I be doing?

Lead and mentor the collections team to achieve performance targets.
Manage high-value or escalated accounts.
Monitor aging receivables to ensure timely payments.
Build strong client relationships to resolve disputes and secure payments.
Refine collections strategies and processes for improved efficiency.
Develop team members through training and support.
Prepare and deliver accurate performance reports.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What does winning look like?

Achieving daily collection dollars at or above the benchmark.
Lowering AR percentage and days to collect, while maintaining stable cash flow.
Providing diamond-level management and fostering an enjoyable team culture.
Success measured by meeting financial metrics and receiving positive team member feedback.
