We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of HR-qualified individual to join our leadership team and play a key role in shaping the future of our fast-growing organization. Based at our beautiful Jupiter, FL headquarters, this position offers the opportunity to build and lead an HR team that embodies our values, equips team members for success, and supports our mission of excellence and expansion.
Responsibilities -
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with Entrusted’s growth goals and core values.
- Build the HR organizational structure, including defining roles and responsibilities to support the company’s growth.
- Team Development and Growth
- Equip team members and accelerate their growth through coaching, clear career pathways, and skill development programs.
- Build and mentor the HR team, creating management layers and preparing them for future leadership opportunities.
- Uphold and champion Entrusted’s commitment to promoting from within whenever possible.
- Recruitment and Retention
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract candidates whose skills and character align with Entrusted’s mission and culture.
- Design and implement retention strategies to foster team member satisfaction, growth, and long-term commitment.
- Performance and Accountability
- Develop performance management systems that encourage excellence and align team member contributions with company objectives.
- Create clear accountability structures to empower team members to excel.
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee all HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Optimize HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and team member experiences.
- Culture and Value Stewardship
- Champion Entrusted’s culture by modeling integrity, work ethic, people-centricity, and excellence in all aspects of leadership.
- Drive initiatives that reinforce our values and foster unity across all teams and locations.
- HR Metrics
- Influence and exhibit ownership over key HR metrics including time to fill, turnover, and team member satisfaction (NPS).
Regularly present HR metrics to executive leadership with clear win/lose assessments and plans to improve.

Qualifications -

- Proven HR leadership experience and accomplishments, with several years of experience working in HR.
- Proven HR compliance knowledge with experience leading through challenging HR scenarios.
- Proven ability to build HR organizational structures and develop management layers.
- Proven ability to plan and execute HR strategy aligned with business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP are a plus.
- Experience in high-growth or fast-paced organizations preferred.
- Experience in service industry preferred.
- Experience in for-profit HR business environment preferred.
Knowledge -
- Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
- Expertise in organizational development, including building HR structures and management layers.
- In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition, retention strategies, and succession planning.
- Deep understanding of HRIS systems, payroll processes, and benefits administration.
- Strong grasp of performance management and leadership development frameworks.
- Understanding of core HR metrics and ability to track and interpret data points.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for influencing and inspiring team members.
- Proficiency in data analysis to make informed decisions and measure HR effectiveness.
